Is there a lash serum that gives you permanent long lashes that don’t go back to their original state after you stop using it?

No, there isn't a serum that offers permanent lash growth. A combination approach is needed. In combination with Latisse, I typically inject and apply topically PRP for a few treatments at the beginning to improve the growth rate of the lashes. Take viviscal as well. There is nothing that provides a permanent solution for lash growth at this time.
Latisse is an excellent option when considering a natural, safe solution for longer, darker, and thicker lashes. It is the best topical product currently available, and has also been found to help eyebrow growth (although scalp hair is not affected by Latisse).
PRP is finding promising success in scalp, brow, and lash hair growth.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately there is not a permanent lash serum that keeps your lashes growing over time. The hair follicles will fall out just like other hair on parts of your body. Unfortunately there is no product available that will permanently make your eyelashes longer. Your best option is Latisse, but this does require consistent use to maintain the increased length and fullness from the product. 

No there’s no such thing. Of course there are some lash hair loss conditions that are temporary which means the lashes would return anyways. But no, there is absolutely no such product.

Unfortunately, I am not aware of a lash serum that provides long lashes permanently.  There is continuous turnover of the lashes, much like the cells of the skin and the hair found elsewhere on the body. Thus, it is difficult to have a treatment that is only applied once or for a given amount of time, which will work indefinitely.   In the meantime, Latisse works very well and is FDA approved to make eyelashes grow longer.

Eyelashes are hairs. They fall off and new ones come in. Lash serums increase length of the existing hair by acting at the follicles, and provide a full appearance. Unfortunately once you stop using the product, you’re lashes return to their original appearances.
