No, there isn't a serum that offers permanent lash growth. A combination approach is needed. In combination with Latisse, I typically inject and apply topically PRP for a few treatments at the beginning to improve the growth rate of the lashes. Take viviscal as well. There is nothing that provides a permanent solution for lash growth at this time.
Latisse is an excellent option when considering a natural, safe solution for longer, darker, and thicker lashes. It is the best topical product currently available, and has also been found to help eyebrow growth (although scalp hair is not affected by Latisse).

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately there is not a permanent lash serum that keeps your lashes growing over time. The hair follicles will fall out just like other hair on parts of your body.
