Wish I Had Done This 10 Years Ago!
My ears were asymmetrical and I felt self conscious about it my whole life so I finally decided to do something about it! At the consultation, I learned about all the options and she showed me many examples in photos. After getting more information, I felt so much better about the whole thing and even started to get excited! JoAnna is kind and sweet and I felt like I could trust her. The actual surgery was smooth and painless. I only needed pain meds on the day of the surgery.

I developed a keloid looking scar
I got a breast reduction with her in 2021, she's was really nice and caring, after care was good until I developed a keloid looking scar. I only seen her once after my surgery for the scars and She said she'd get the insurance to cover steroid shots after that appointment I never heard back from her and now it's two years later with the same scars.
