Dear Ms. Edie940,Thank you for your information and questions.Proably won't make a significant difference. However I would recommend not to:1) bacteria may be in the spray tan2) antiseptic wash may remove the chemical tan and result in a uneven body tan3) not sure what tanning chemicals are used and potentially alter wound healing/scar formatuoon.I recommend that you check with your chosen Plastic Surgeon who I trust is experienced and Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. In addition ideally they he/she is a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (denoting by membership as having met additional criteria and a focus on Cosmetic Plastic Surgery).I wish you my best and success,R. Because an infection in the surgical site of a breast augmentation can lead to an infection around the implant requiring its removal, it is recommended that the skin prep at the surgical site be as thorough as possible. Any agents or coatings on the skin that might harbor bacteria or interfere with the skin prep should be avoided. Getting a spray tan one or two weeks before the procedure shouldn't be a problem, but I would avoid spray tanning in the days before your procedure.
