I would like to know if my transplant looks like a success, what do you think? (Photos)

Hi, I have gone through my hair transplant about 3 months ago. Some rougher hairs still seems to be on my head, they don’t seem to have shedded. I don’t really feel that they are growing neither are they shedding. I am worried about their current state and wondering if this is normal and how can I tell if the transplant was successful or not. Thank you

Hello, Thank you for your question and attached photos. Based on the photos, your transplants looks good. You are still on the very early stage to see the results, you have to wait at least for 7-8 months, your surgeon might have informed you that the final results will be seen only 12 months post-op.

Three months is not nearly enough time to see results from a hair transplant.  Give it at least 8, then go see your surgeon to review photos and discuss results.

on limited inspection your transplant looks very good and your surgeon seems to have demonstrated a good density for you. But, to best determine the overall result, you need to wait till 9 months or so. I know it seems forever to wait but its well worth it. Best of luck.

At 3 months post op its too hard to see the results of the procedure. Be patient and take after photos at 9-12 months.

You will not know the full value of the transplants until you have reached your 8th months when the hair will have grown to styling lengthj
