I've been on Accutane for four weeks now. My scalp is very dry and a lot of hair is falling out. Is this normal?

Three months was inadequate. You need to take for 15-20 weeks and reach total cummulative dose of 150 mg per kilogram. For a 132 lb pound person that is 9000 mg. Lower doses wil increase chances of recurrence.
