Despite being very thin, I have a mass of cheek fat that doesn’t go away with weight loss. My mouth is very monkey-like and lax as a result. I have too much facial skin, as when I pull my cheeks back to simulate a “facelift”, I can see my ideal face. Is there any way to fix this besides buccal fat removal, as the results seem very subtle. I’m really looking for a way to “tighten” my face like a facelift but as I’m only 20 this obviously wouldn’t be viable
