Bumps on the side of nose - how to permanently remove them? (photo)

I have this black bump on the side of my nose since I was a child. I want to have to Permanently removed. My questions are 1) What is the surgery I should be looking at? ( is it safe?) 2) what is the nominal cost for it?( hundred, thousands?) Thank you for the help.

It's hard to tell what this is from your picture. You should have it examined by a Dermatologist. While it is most likely benign, there's no sense taking a chance, and a Dermatologist maybe able to tell just by looking.

This is difficult to answer without pictures. If you're concerned, I recommend following up with a cosmetic dermatologist for an evaluation. I recommend silicone gel with growth factors to help healing. Best, Dr. Emer

It's difficult to tell from your pictures. I recommend a combination approach with lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels and skin care. Sun protection is essential. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
