I am looking for advice on what laser/treatment to use for this atrocious problem of mine. I have tried Morpheus8 RF microneedling (only one session so far), with Lumeca. I have also used retinol, wash face twice daily with CeraVe. I have sun damage on my nose and cheeks caused by years of tanning in my teens and 20s. I have photos of myself from several years ago and my pores and nose have not changed - but I have dealt with constantly congested pores since I was a teenager.
