I'm 21, about 120 pounds and 5'7". I'm thin naturally and have suffered additional back issues caused by their size. They are also uneven and starting to pull at my skin.

Answer: Breast reduction size Thank you for your question. As you know, cup size will depend on the manufacturer. In my practice I do not discuss cup size. Rather, I discuss with the patient that the goal is to reduce the size of the breast and still have the final breast size "fit" the body frame of the patient. Since every person's body frame is different, a particular cup size on one person may not necessarily look the same on someone else. A consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon can help you to understand your options, and whether you would be an appropriate candidate for the procedure. Good luck.

Answer: DD to a B cup It is very difficult to reduce very large breasts to a very small size without potentially compromising shape and risk flap viability.
