Excilis when properly used cannot damage internal organs including  your vascular system. In your case your titanium plate in your neck is far away from your arms so it should not be a problem. Always inform your doctors of this however for their advice. Excilis uses radio frequency (RF) energy for body contouring and skin tightening. the market. Exilis causes collagen remodeling and tightening. It is very
popular at our San Diego medical spa. Ideal candidates have mild to moderate
skin laxity, and no implantable metal devices in the treatment area or a pacemaker.
