Answer: A combination of Morpheus8 and co2 can help with under eye bags and give you a more youthful look. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Exilis for Under Eye Bags is Not Recommended Thanks for your question – and we do not recommend that you have Exilis under the eyes, as the hand piece for the Exilis is too large to be successful here. Whenever you are considering these kinds of procedures, one should also consult with an expert, a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon who most of the time will have multiple choices for you when you are asking for this kind of treatment. We recommend that you consider the Venus Legacy, the EndyMed 3Deep, the Ellman Pelleve, and the Alma Accent, as they all have hand pieces designed specifically for the eye area. I hope this helps.

Answer: Exilis for Eye bags. Dear Lusong, thank you for your question. Exilis has won numerous awards and is considered one of the best skin tightening devices on the market. Exilis causes collagen remodeling and tightening. It is very popular at our San Diego medical spa. Ideal candidates have mild to moderate skin laxity, and no implantable metal devices in the treatment area or a pacemaker. Consult with an Exilis physician who also performs eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) to see if you are a good candidate. Good Luck!
