Tip projection when my tip is already slightly projected?

February 16, 2014

I will be having a Rhin/Septo/Endoscopic Inferior turbinoplasties. My surgeon said he needs to project the tip of my nose and that my tip will gradually go down due to gravity. My tip is already slightly projected; I don’t understand why he needs to project the tip even more. Can someone please explain? I will personally ask him the next time I see him.
