I usually recommend my patients wear a good supportive bra for two months day and night after their surgery. However, you should follow your surgeon's advice regarding wearing your surgical bra after your breast augmentation surgery. It may be different.
I generally ask my patients to wear a surgical bra for about two weeks then switch to whatever is comfortable in the case of a breast crease incision. As long as your incision is not getting irritated, you are fine.

Without seeing a photo it is difficult to tell what is happening but at 2 weeks it is still very early in the healing process after breast augmentation. If you are out of town you could always email a photo to your plastic surgeon for his evaluation and advice. Good luck!
