It's been more than three weeks since my full tummy tuck and I still have a lot of tension on my lower abdomen. Especially after sitting I'm bent over a lot. Should I try to stretch or leave it until it resolves by itself?

think it would be worthwhile going back to see your surgeon to discuss the
best way forward as they may be able to remove stitches or apply a dressing
which will speed up...

Your surgeon should be able to advice you and his staff will measure you and order it for you. There are many vendors out there, but i will let my surgeon's staff handle this matter. A good garment is a must after this surgery. It impacts your recovery significantly.
