Are there any post massaging therapies (such as ultrasound) required after having a TT and/or Liposuction?

This is an area of controversy in plastic surgery.  Many do advocate massage, especially lymphatic drainage massage but there is little scientific evidence that it has any benefit.  Same goes with ultrasound, some reports but no hard scientific evidence that it helps.  Your observation is probably correct in that most plastic surgeons in the US do not do either routinely, but some do and they feel it works for them and their patients.  The best advise I can give you is to find a plastic surgeon that you feel can give you the results you are looking for and follow their post operative regimen that works for them.
