Sculptra complications - what factors should I be considering when considering Sculptra? (Photo)

Hello From what i’ve read, Sculptra can either be magical or disastrous! Have we figured out why for some it’s so good but others have a lifetime of granulomas, inflammation, etc? What factors should i be considering when considering sculptra? (obviously injector experience) Thanks in advance!

Like you said in your question, experience is the most important thing in the treatment using Sculptra. I have been using Sculptra since 1997 and we’ve never had a single complication in a patient. The doctor and the patient have to have a common understanding and an agreement of what it is that needs to be achieved. The experience of the injecting doctor allows him to estimate the expansion factor of the product. If I could give you a single advice on having a safe treatment: make sure Sculptra is not injected anywhere near the eye, and only a cannula is being used for administration  of the product.
