Hello From what i’ve read, Sculptra can either be magical or disastrous! Have we figured out why for some it’s so good but others have a lifetime of granulomas, inflammation, etc? What factors should i be considering when considering sculptra? (obviously injector experience) Thanks in advance!

Best to ask your injector as they know where and how of the Sculptra was placed. At 3 months after the treatment, what is there is usually your own collagen and connective tissue. You are now a full correction and likely will not need any further maintenance for 2 to 5 years. Good luck...
