I am aware that I will need muscle repair at some point but right now am only interested in minimizing my over hang (which isn't large). I am just trying to tighten the skin.

This is an easy answer....not a chance. Anyone who tells you otherwise is not speaking in your best interest. There is no question that you need a tummy tuck to address your concerns. You have significant skin laxity, excess, and stretching of the skin. There is absolutely no non-invasive device on the market that is going to offer you significant improvement and if you try, you are likely to spend a bunch of money on things that either will not make much of a difference or might actually make things worse. Save your money until you are ready for surgery.
