Nose is bridge depressed & discolored after wearing glasses for 10 yrs. Is there anyway to treat effects of glasses? (photo)

You can see this problem in two ways. I see, not a depression, but a hump below your "depression". Therefore, one solution would be to shave the hump down to give you a straight bridge. This would be a surgical rhinoplasty.However, you see the depression above the hump, which is fine, because it gives you an alternative solution. The depression can be filled in to give you a straight bridge. This can be done with injection of fillers in an office procedure, if you don't wish to have surgery. However, fillers are temporary and will need to be repeated. They are also soft and may still be depressed by the weight of your glasses. For a more definitive solution, you could have the depression filled in surgically with something more robust and permanent like a cartilage graft.If the decision were left entirely to me, I would advise the first option: shaving the hump down in a surgical rhinoplasty.
