What are the odds of a healthy baby and pregnancy after taking Accutane?

I took Accutane for 4 months and took my last dose on December 14th. It is now January 13th and I found out I am 1-2 weeks pregnant. Will my baby be safe and healthy?

Unfortunately this happens frequently and it's why I often tell patients to immediately leave my office and go to the pharmacy to drop off the prescription.
