What are the odds of a healthy baby and pregnancy after taking Accutane?

I took Accutane for 4 months and took my last dose on December 14th. It is now January 13th and I found out I am 1-2 weeks pregnant. Will my baby be safe and healthy?

This is an impossible statistic to answer. You are required to be on 2 forms of birth control while taking Accutane, and for a month following your last pill. According to the FDA it is only safe to conceive a minimum of 30 days after your last pill. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and cannot
