I have had my nipples pierced for 9 months now. Sometimes I'll notice something that looks like a blister with pus inside and after I pop them they go away (this doesn't happen often). Just today, I noticed a spot on the surface of my nipple that looked like the beginning of one of these blisters. In the shower, I cleaned my piercings, as I do daily, and after cleaning it I noticed there was a hole and I could see threw the skin to the barbell. I am worried about this hole getting bigger. Advice?
