Did you shave the area for the liposuction?  It looks like they may be ingrown hairs.  Second possiblity is irritation from the binder, especially if you are sweating a lot with it.  Try wearing a cotton tee shirt under the binder.

Hi there- Unfortunately, the problem you are having sounds like lymphedema of the abdominal wall. It is common after Smartlipo and will rarely resolve to the patient's satisfaction. You need to visit with your surgeon to review options.

It is unusual to have a hematoma secondary to Smart Lipo. However, the vein will heal. If there is residual hyperpigmentation (color change) this can be treated with topical medication.  

It can take a few months for swelling to subside, and if you do too much physically you can actually contribute to the swelling. I would suggest you see your surgeon to talk to them about your results and see if swelling is hiding them.
