In year 2005 i under went rhinoplasty where the surgeon used my cartilage from my nose to build the bridge . But my rhinoplasty went wrong i have a - Flat Bridge, very crooked nose and wide nostril. Now how a surgeon can fix it.Will the cartilage rebuild ones used ? If the surgeon wants to use cartilage from where he will take. If he take from my ear, will my ear lose its position

Ear cartilage harvest presents no real cosmetic change to the look of the ear. This can be used to rebuild the nose as well as rib as well as donor irradiated rib. An implant could be considered as well but is probably better for a primary rhinoplasty. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of rhinoplasties each year.
