The swelling after a rhinoplasty will take many weeks and even months to fully resolve. It is too early to say that this is the final result of your rhinoplasty. I suggest to my patients that gentle massage of the nose will help resolve swelling.

You should discuss the result and your concerns with your surgeon and he or she will be able to guide you as to what to expect in the long term and whether what you see now is going to be long standing

At three months, the nose is still healing and there may be a lot of swelling.  Give it more time to see the final result.

The posted photos are poorly displayed, need a before photo tp compare, your issues can/should be addressed with your chosen surgeon in person. 

It is just too early to judge your rhinoplasty.  It needs more time to settle down after the trauma of the surgery itself.  Once you reach the six to nine month point you should be in a better position to view the result.
