What is the average time for scars to heal after electrocautery?

My dermatologist diagnosed my case as DPN on face. Electrocautery done 3 days back.Now black spots look more prominent. When will the black spots on my face fade?

The flesh colored nodule on the nose is most likely a fibroma and is easy shaved down flat under local without scarring.  It may grow back in 5-10 yrs but then it can be shaved down again. Cost is roughly $250. Sincerely, David Hansen,MD
