I got a Scalpmicropigmentation procedure to add density to thin hair about 4 and a half months ago and although it has lighten a bit and it seems to get better and better over the time the dots are still too strong and visible,I contacted the company (Scalp Aesthetics) and they said it would take a few months to be perfect . Answer: If the SMP dots are too large and you do not like it, you may need to find a doctor who can remove it for you.
Scalp micropigmenation can be removed with a laser tattoo removal machine. Find out who in your area uses that and has good experience with it. Good luck!!
