If I want an alarplasty to narrow my nose, would it be considered a revision? I've had rhinoplasty before (Photo)

They say wait 6-12 months before getting another nosejob. The problem is, out of fear, I asked for subtle changes when In reality I wanted a much smaller nose. You can't undo the surgery so I opted for minor changes. Now I'm sure that I should have asked for a smaller nose. No1 noticed I did anything! Which is great but I want a more significant change. Are there exceptions to the wait? I'd like to narrow my nose ASAP. It's been 4 months. And will alarplasty alone achieve the look I want?
