Low grade fever and my boobs haven't soften

Question

I have a temp of 99.8 and I have that achy body feeling and I'm drained. I had surgery 12 days ago as of today and I woke up burning up this am and this don't feel well I'm worried that I have an infection going one. My boobs are still pretty hard and look weird. They have slowly dropped but shouldn't they be softer by nowhat or at least more round? I had my Dr insert my implants through the nipple under there muscle with the natural gummy bear. I'm really freaking out right now.

Although the "normal" temperature is 98.6 F it is natural to have variations between people and during the day for the same person.  Because of these variations in temperature, we don't consider a temperature reading a "fever" until it is greater than 100.4 F.
