Can Dermapen and CO2 fractional laser be done on the same day? (acne scars and enlarged pores) (photos)

I've done secret rf microneedling without much improvement. The scars on my forehead are the ones that bother me the most. Already had one co2 fractional session and was told it would tighten my large pores, although I don't think that is possible. Thank you
