I have few chicken pox scars that I got 2 years ago. I’m 23 now and thinking of taking 4 sessions of dermapen. I'm mostly concerned about the one in my forehead which is shown in the picture. What's the best treatment for it and does it fully repair after dermapen or does it just improve?

Chicken pox scars are much like deep, fibrotic boxcar scars. As such, superficial treatments, like microneedling as a monotherapy is unlikely to lead to gratifying results. Subcision to elevate and smooth the scar as much as possible would be a good start. Once maximal improvement is achieved this way, then Dermastap microneedling may be used to treat any superficial skin color and textural irregularities that may still persist. Make sure to see a scar specialist. Best of luck.

Microneedling is a great way to blend old scarring with your other skin. PRP added to the treatment makes it even better.
Multiple treatments improve the skin more and more.
