Hello, sorry for your misfortune. Hematomas, seromas, fat necrosis, Oil Cyst, lump of fat can all cause lumps after fat transfer... small hematomas should resolve with time. It can take several weeks/months...but your body will typically reabsorb the collection of blood and remodel the area. I would stay in close communication with your doctor and discuss your concerns. I do not think a hematoma complication alone is a reason not to trust your doctor. And always make sure to see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Good Luck.
