It is absolutely possible and typical for patients to have liposuction and Cellulaze at the same time. Most of my patients who are candidates for both procedures appreciate only needing to have surgery one time and are able to take advantage of reduced cost of the operating facility and a one-time recovery period. I hope this helps.
It is perfectly fine to have Cellulaze and Smartlipo done at the same time, but not on the same area. For example you can do Smartlipo on the deeper fat on the outer thigh area and Cellulaze for cellulite on the back of the thigh. If there is excess fat and cellulite in the same area, I recommend Smartlipo first to reduce the fat and contour the area and then Cellulaze to treat the more superficial layer. I found this gives the best and most consistent results. However, know that neither procedure does well with patients with excessively loose skin. In those cases, a body contouring procedure would be recommended such as a thigh lift or body lift. At your consultation, you and your surgeon will discuss the best plan of action for you. Best of luck.
I generally do not like treating with Cellulaze and Lipo in the same area at the same time. You can have lipo in some areas and Cellulaze in others. Best wishes
Consult with your surgeon before going ahead with any of the procedure to find what will contour your body just right. It is acceptable to perform both Smartlipo and Cellulaze on the same area.
Hello. Good question with no real correct answer. I have done Cellulaze and SmartLipo in the same areas at the same time with very good results. I have also done Smart Lipo first then followed months later with Cellulaze. If you were to stagger them I would do the lipo first as you may get some improvement in shape with this alone or it may reduce theareas in which you are concerned about having Cellulaze. Hope this helps! Goodluck.
Cellulaze can be performed on the arms. Please see a board certified PS who performs cellulaze.
Nerve irritation or hypersensitivity can last from weeks to months, and sometimes even up to a year.
Cellulaze should help improve the dimples on your buttocks if the physician performing the procedure has a good understanding of the technology and experience with Cellulaze. I have seen significant improvement in these areas with Cellulaze. Sometime some additional tiny procedures can be done...
