Is it true that the transplanted hair in the front may have fallen because there is a high concentration of dht receptors in the scalp and the hair of the back (donor hair) dont had this concentration in this side of the scalp and that's the reason why they are resistant not because the genetic reason?

The hair follicles are placed in a subdermal plane which is not exposed to the external environment. If you have been keeping the grafts moist as prescribed, it is unlikely to affect their survival and your overall outcome.
