Is it technically possible to make someone's face look completely identical to anothers?

nottellingya
I think I should start by strongly highlighting the fact that by no means, would I encourage myself or anyone else to have cosmetic surgery to look exactly like someone else, whether this is a movie star, a friend of his/her etc. But out of curiosity and technically speaking, is it possible for a really skilled facial surgeon to make a patient face COMPLETELY identical to his/her(patient's) favorite face? Thanks.
