Botox to reduce extremely wide smile Is there a spot where botox can be injected to reduce the lateral sides of the mouth from spreading so wide ? I have a really goofy wide smile and I would like it to be lessened somehow( I resemble a cheerful gnome!) and I wondered if a botox injection may work? I read somewhere that it can be used in the 'smile lines' but nobody I have asked seems to know if this is true and whereabouts in the smile lines, as they cover a lot of ground. Thank you
