Is tattoo Dermabrasion still a thing? (Photo)

I was wondering if any doctors still do Dermabrasion for tattoo removal? Despite my extensive search, most places seem to be unaware of this procedure. I would like to get this 9x6 piece removed. I'm desperate since most laser solutions say it's difficult because the colors involved & my skin-tone, they lean towards it not being possible. I don't care for scarring, I just want it gone!

Thank you for your question.I would not recommend dermabrasion for tattoo removal. The dermabrasion will help with scarring and fine lines, but its not going to remove the pigment from a previous tattoo.
