should I have a fumey toxin taste in my mouth and coming through my nostrils if receiving botox in forehead?
Answer: Botulinum Toxin (Dysport or Botox) and funny taste in mouth
Are you sure you are not tasting the prep or topical anesthetic on your tongue? Perhaps this was passed by your fingers touching your forehead. Otherwise I cannot see a reason why Botulinum Toxin (Dysport or Botox) would cause a funny taste in your mouth.

Answer: Botox side effects
The most common side effects from botox are temporary eyelid or eyebrow drooping, headache, pain over injection site, incomplete effect. I have never heard of this occurring but I suspect it would be temporary. If it persists, you might want to call the company Allergan who makes botox and see if they have any other information for you.

Answer: Botox side effect I have never had a patient mention this nor read that this has been noted as a side effect. It may never happen again. Possibly if some of the botox were injected in a vessel a quick absorbtion might create some symptoms that are unusual but temporary.

Answer: Complications are uncommon with Botox
Botox is a neuromodulator the weakens muscles and allows the overlying skin to have a more smooth appearance. Most complications are related to the injection itself hematoma, bruising or some unexpected weakness of muscles surrounding the injection site (eyelid droop, asymmetry etc.) The problem you describe is not common.

Answer: Have never had anyone mention bad taste after Botox injection
This is very unusual. I have not had any of my patients mention this. You should check with the doctor who injected the Botox. Good luck!
