Years ago in my late 20's I had orthognathic surgery on my upper and lower jaw. Shortly after, these vertical lines (wrinkles) appeared under my chin and I still have them now in my 40's. I'm just wondering what is the best way to get this to go away. It bothers me so much I avoid looking at myself in the mirror. I'm worried about looking strange so I've avoided a facelift or something like that. I don't want to trade one bad look for another one that costs money.
