Can hyaluronidase cause skin to harden?

I had my lips filled and hated them so had them immediately reversed. I then got another round of hyaluronidase but it just seems to have made the remaining filler swell. A week on it’s still really swollen and looks awful. It feels really hard around the where the filler is.
