I'm looking to get dental implants but my upper molars are now touching my Lower gum because there are no teeth there.

what procedures can i get to raise the back molars up to its correct alignment so I can get implants placed on my lower teeth in the back? Right now there isn't any space to put an implant because the back teeth have dropped and are now touching my lower teeth. Please help. I went to an oral surgeon and I feel like he was giving me the run around trying to make me do unnecessary things to make extra money. There has to be a way to lift the back teeth to make room for teeth on the bottom right?
