I had two root canals done by an endodontist when I was around 16.Im 30 now . when I went to the dentist recently she said I should see and endo. for a redo. The main reason for this redo is because the canals were not filled in properlyrig just half way . the endo. confirmed what she said.the canal wasn't filled to the bottom just half way he will try to redo it but I might need a implant Instead. Should I contact the first endo and tell him of his mistake. I can't believe it.

There are 4 types of bone , depends on the area where you lost that implant , and also the type of bone quality you have , if you are young and healthy , 3 months , if not at least 6 .the cause of failing implant is important, overload? Wrong higyene?.this tells much about it.
