Prince Arrington III, DDS

Dr. Arrington is the most honest, conscientious, meticulous, straight-forward, kind, and absolutely best dentist that I have ever encountered. Due to periodontal disease I had to loose two of my teeth -- my left top eye tooth and the one behind it, both fully visible with even the slightest smile. I had gotten estimates from two other dentists. Turns out each one included parts of the procedure that the other omitted. I felt that each one intentionally tried to misrepresent the true final cost in order to get started on me and then spring the final much higher cost on me. Dr. Arrington was totally different. He spend tons of time educating me about the procedure, the steps in the process, the costs of each step, and the absolute total cost of everything up-front. He didn't try to short me on any information just to get my business. He also gave me alternatives to implants, and let me make my own decision without any pressure. After having the previous two consultations and finding out they left details out, I felt so much more comfortable with Dr. Arrington and had him do my two implants, along with bone grafting on one because the periodontal disease had eroded too much bone for a successful implant without grafting. Because I simply refused to go a single day without teeth that could be seen when I smiled, I chose to have temporaries put in when my natural teeth were extracted. Without this vanity issue, I could have saved a total of about $1,500.00. An implant consists of an abutement which is like a screw put into the jaw bone, and then a seperate crown that looks like the tooth that sits on top of the abutement, or anchor. Together they make a total implant. Each has its own separate cost. One of the dentists I went to failed to mention that I would have to pay an additional cost for the crown meaning that I left his office with a tremendously underestimated cost. After settling on Dr. Arrington, he first made impressions to send to the lab to have temporary abutements and crowns made. I returned in about a week and had the extractions, the root grafting, and the temporaries placed. Dr. Arrington took such time and care matching the color for these temporaries to my natural tooth color that you could not tell they were temporaries at all. I knew I was at the right place when the dentist was so meticulous in making my temporaries perfect -- and they were. Dr. Arrington had me return in a week to check the healing. Then again in a month. I returned 3 months later and had impressions taken to be sent to the lab for my permanent implants. (I had not a moments trouble with the temporaries and was completely satisfied with them.) A couple of weeks later I returned for the permanent implants and crowns. They look absolutely fabulous. Dr. Arrington did so great a job on my porcelain crowns that no one has been able to tell that I had any dental work at all, either with the temporaries or permanents. The cost and steps were completely worth it. I am so glad that I found such a great dentist in Dr. Arrington. I more than highly recommend him to anyone for any procedure they need. He is not going to rush, not going to hurt you, and definitely not going to try to talk you into expensive procedures just to get your money. What he will do is spend a ton of time educating you, then take his time to make sure you don't feel any pain at all, and finally take all the time he needs to make sure everything is absolutely perfect. He's simply the best dentist I've ever seen.

I was on vacation and needed my front tooth fixed. I was very nervous and scared because it was my front tooth and I did not know any dentist in the area. I googled urgent dental appointments and I made an appointment to see Dr. Arrington. I was pleased to see that urgent dental care was a beautiful CLEAN office. He was gentle and his staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr Arrington has the latest technology. After he fixed my tooth you can not tell it was ever broke. Thank you Dr Arrington for giving me back my beautiful smile! :)

I grew up being very cautious in choosing a Dentist. Once I became a parent and learned of the Dental School, where Dr. Arrington was in training, my family became one of his first clients and has remained a client throughout his practice. He's a charismatic man with high quality standards that's applied to every person. My family always tell him he's the only Dentist we'll ever go to unless.......

Dr. Arrington made me a porcelain six unit front bridge after having to lose those teeth due to severe decay and advanced periodontal disease. Dr. Arrington made me a temporary bridge so that I never had to go without teeth while waiting for my bridge. The temporaries looked so good that he had to explain to me two times why I couldn't just keep them permanently. I can't tell any difference at all between my bridge and my natural teeth. Neither can anyone else. I am pleased beyond compare with the service Dr. Arrington provided. He took his time in carefully explaining and showing me what I needed, and making sure I didn't experience any pain. He gave me the total cost up front, made sure I didn't feel any pain in the font office when everything was over. I really appreciated the time Dr. Arrington spent educating was over. I really appreciated the time Der. Arrington spent educating me about periodontal disease and the importance of regular periodontal treatment to save my other teeth from the same fate. I didn't expect this. But it really speaks volumes about Dr. Arrington's concern for his patients. He's not in it just for the money. Dr. Arrington is hands down the best dentist I've ever known. I am overwhelmed with satisfaction at the results that Dr. Arrington got for me in straightening my teeth and closing gaps with invisalign invisible braces. I had been dissatisfied with the way my teeth looked since my teenage years. After becoming an adult I still resisted getting braces as an adult. Then I saw the results of Dr. Arrington got for a friend of mine using invisalign. After my first consultation I knew I was at the right place. He was so compassionate in listening to my concerns about how traditional braces would make me feel. He took a whole lot of time explaining to me the difference between the invisalign process and regular braces. He also made sure that I understood the importance of wearing my retainer at night so that the great results he expected would not erode through neglect, or there was no need to start the process. I was impressed that he seemed more interested in making sure that I was willing to work to maintain my long term appearance than he was in making the money from doing the braces. The process was completely painless, no one even knew I was having my teeth straightened, and the results are to die for. Dr. Arlington is the most patient and caring dentist that has ever treated me. I give Invisalign, Dr. Arrington, and Dental Urgent Care my very highest recommendation. Pam

My procedure was a three unit all porcelain bridge, located bottom front. I lost a tooth due to an accident, therefore lab temps were place until the perm crowns were made, they looked extremly natural. It took two weeks to get the perm crowns, they look so natural, friends couldn't tell anything was done, had this procedure done about four weeks ago. Thanks Dr. Arrington for your professional environment!

I received a referral from friends that Dental Urgent Care was a great place to have my tooth makeover. Six front teeth were done. I was very pleased with the temporary crowns. They looked nice and the permanent crowns also looked very natural. I am very happy with my new crowns and thankful that I now have a new smile.
