I received fat grafting to my face last year. I'm disappointed with my results for several reasons. 1) The fat placed under my eyes has created a puffy spot under my left eye, accentuating dark circles. 2) The fat placed on my cheeks has drooped & accentuated my nasolabial folds. It also looks like I have pillows on my face. 3) The fat placed on my chin (to correct asymmetry) is accentuating is too much. Best way to correct these issues? I do not want to add more to my face with fillers.

Yes once the fat has taken, it is permanent. How fat your face will appear depends upon how much fat was injected and whether or not you gained a lot of weight.
