Based on your photos and short of in-person evaluation, my suggestion would be a chin implant. It should be carefully selected to augment the width of your chin and avoid too much anterior projection/augmentation. Your pointy chin can be corrected by two different methods. The point can be reduced from the chin through an intraoral approach by a horizontal osteotomy. Or the sides of the chin can be augmented to make the chin more round and wider.
