I hate my side profile because I think I have a weak chin. At first I thought that my nose was the problem, but the fact that I have no defined jawline makes me really insecure. I try to avoid pictures from the side but it's difficult. Also I have I think a slight overbite, I'm not sure but maybe it explains the lack of chin. Should I get a chin implant? And if so, what size? Also should I get surgery to my nose to improve it? Thank you for the answers!

Chin bone necrosis never occurs from a chin implant. Passive bone remodeling/adaptation occurs under many types of chin implants not just silicone. This is a normal biologic response. Placing a chin implant above or below the periosteum is irrelevant, the tissue response will be the same.
