Will a chin implant enhance face (front and profile view)? (photos)

It is very possible. Begin with an in-person consultation to discuss your options. During your initial examination, your #chin will be evaluated along with the neck and jawline. A weak #chin implies a lack of chin support for the skin along the neck line. In younger individuals a chin implant alone is usually all that is needed to improve the appearance of the neck. Subsequently, it will also improve the overall #balance of the face and can create the illusion of a smaller nose. As a stand-alone procedure, chin augmentation can be performed in the office under local #anesthesia. For individuals with signs of #aging in the neck, a chin implant added to one of the recommended procedures above, will provide optimal results. Also, #liposuction under the chin is also another option your doctor can discuss. If you are not a candidate for chin or neck rejuvenation at the time of your #consultation, your board certified plastic surgeon can recommend alternatives to address your concern. 
However, there may be additional options to improve the appearance of your concern to improve the overall balance of your face. Such can be best evaluated in-person. Consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in #face, #neck and #chin procedures is important to ensure you are receiving the best advice, care, and surgical experience possible.

Without an exam your question cannot be answered.  You will need to see an Oral/Maxillofacial surgeon to see if othognathic surgery, genioplasty or using an implant is best for your specific case. It should be noted that patients with severely weak jaws or abnormally functioning jaws may be better treated with other facial surgery (orthognathic surgery), although a chin augmentation may be an option at a later time. These patients should seek the advice of a plastic surgeon to determine which course is right for them. Although your photos provide minimal information one could see that nose surgery and chin augmentation would improve harmony of your face and profile. In-person evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in nose surgery would provide much more information and options. Good luck.

From your photos I do think that a chin implant would offer a really nice improvement for you. I've posted a video below so that you can see how to determine
whether you are a chin implant candidate. The key question is whether you proceed with a chin
implant, which is a cosmetic surgery that is quite straightforward for
an experienced surgeon or pursue the alternative, a sliding genioplasty, addresses your bite
while changing your chin position. The alternative, a sliding

wish to have your teeth realigned you are best served by seeing an oral surgeon
in consultation. If your concerns are cosmetic and enhancing your chin to bring
it in to balance with your other features--then a chin implant is the way to
go. You will find that rhinoplasty surgeons tend to have extensive experience
with chin implantation because it is such a frequently performed procedure in
conjunction with rhinoplasty. The incision can be made through the skin or
through the mouth but i prefer to do it inside the mouth because it has minimal
discomfort and is invisible without any external evidence of scar. My patients

Computer imaging will show whether chin augmentation would be of benefit from the side view. If you undergo chin augmentation make sure that the implant creates a more tapered chin from the front view. This will complement a rhinoplasty that also makes your nose less wide.
