I had my crown prep work done on teeth 7, 8, 9, and 10. Previously these teeth have suffered a lot of trauma (broke them four years ago after I feel in the shower). 8 and 9 got infected five months ago and underwent root canals. Less than 24 hours ago I got prepped for my permanent crowns. My gums are in a lot of pain. Also my upper lip and part of my nose (below and beside my nostrils) are swollen. Do I need another root canal?
