Hi, I'm 18 years old. I have recently been researching on breast reduction because of their size and the lower back aches and neck pains I get. As of right now i weigh 135 pounds and wear a size 32F or a 34E. One of my questions would have to do with what it would take for me to be considered a candidate to my insurance company( I have CHP, with BCBS). And my second question is, I have not really discussed this with my parents, do you have any advice on convincing them to let me get the procedure done.
