Accutite can often be used or stronger lasers like erbium or co2 spot treatment can tighten the skin and give very quick improvement in wrinkles and texture. If you don't like this filler and it is keeping you from having further corrections because nobody wants to get involved with it you might just want to have the filler dissolved with hyaluronidase.
