What are the potential dangers of having Ultherapy while on Warfarin anti coagulant?

Ultherapy may cause bruising and swelling, which may be more significant if you are on warfarin.
In extreme cases a collection of blood known as a hematoma may form
I would not recommend my patients to proceed with Ultherapy if on warfarin, but if you can accept some bruising that may last for 1-2 weeks and really want some non surgical skin tightening/face lifting, then it is probably OK to proceed
