I would like to have Ultherapy on the day before a pickleball tournament. Is that okay to plan?

After Ultherapy, most people can return to normal exercise within about 24 hours. There’s usually little downtime, but the treatment can cause temporary tenderness, swelling, or soreness as the skin responds to the ultrasound energy.

A safer plan is to schedule Ultherapy a few days before or after the tournament to allow any temporary effects to settle.

Ultherapy is a "no downtime" treatment and it is OKay to return to exercise right away after Ultherapy
